Wedding Flowers

Since there is a wedding tonight at 3am my time I thought I would post all the wedding flowers I made for my own wedding, not nearly as grand, but I still think it was better than most I've been to.
I'm not a very formal person so I don't like anything longer than 15 minutes!
I made most everything for the wedding except the food, dress and hubbies tux.
My awesome bouquet, flowers from hobby lobby and it was wrapped with a ribbon that came on an arrangement my hubby sent me while I was in school!
Even the lil B loved my flowers!
The table arrangements, flowers from hobby lobby and the bowls from pier one, they are square cereal bowls!

These are the boutonnieres, the flowers and fabric are from hobby lobby of course!

This is my hubbies bout! my favorite!

 All of them lined up!
And here are all the corsages:

These are the bowls I picked up for $1.47 at pier one!
All the flowers lined up and ready to go!
The centerpieces at the science museum.

This lovely arrangement was made by one of my mentors, Bobby.
She was the one who got me into crafting and hair.
These were my "altar" flowers. on clearance at pier one.
Don't they look cute?
Thanks for taking a peek!

Graduation gifts, cricut in use!

Last year I graduated from hair school ( not just any school but a Paul Mitchell school)
I made these Guest profile card binder and a signature matte with a cute grad version of them!
the binder is 5.5" by 8" and I bought the forms at cosmoprof.

Michelle's grad doll, from everyday paper doll cricut cartridge.

 Megan's grad and binder,

My binder is orange and boring.

lamp Re-do.

I've been thinking about doing something with these lamps.

And then I came across this
Well everyone and their dog has made this kind so why not?
I just don't like the shade.
I took off the shade and took them out to the garage.
I sprayed the lamps with "painters touch" rusteolum aqua, it was $3 on sale at menards.

I really don't like priming things because spray paint sticks to anything.
Totally a new look! I love it!
Ok now I just have the shades left.
Yay for burlap and spray adhesive!

I also picked up this fabric on clearance at hobby lobby!
 Here is the "action" pictures.

It really brightens up the place, get it? brighten.......yeah I know I'm not funny!
Look at all the awesome boards I got at menards! they were 29 cents each! score!
 Also moulding was on sale...

Thanks for stopping by!

What I did today!

Sundays are always very lazy for me but I made about 3 necklaces and 8 bracelets, nothing too special, probably not even worth posting, so I'm only going to post the preview of what I'm making!
Take two dollar store brownie trays and some really cheap beads you wont use ever...
Arrange them into the shape you want. I did a V since my last name is cool like that.

Throw them in the oven at 500 and watch those babies melt! also open a window.

this is what it looks like when you take it out, I like the texture of this one.
This one melted way too much...

Clear beads to the rescue!

 Back into the oven!

 Its snowing again....

now it looks great now that the holes are filled in.
the next one, not sooo much.... I'll remake it once it cools.
There is going to be some sanding involved so I will post photos as soon as I'm finished!
thanks for stopping by!
